Quitclaim by John Churchestyle, of New Windsor, to John Place, of the same, of all his right in an acre of land and a rood of arable land lying in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng, of which 3 roods lie together in le Valeye between the land of the said John and the land sometime of Gilbert Dodeler and ½ acre lies at Astwurth between the land of Thomas Ysslep and the land of John Matheu.

Given at Windsor Thursday after the feast of the Assumption 15 Richard II.
