Grant by Joan Persshor, relict of Walter Persshor, of New Windsor, in her proper widowhood and liege power, to Richard Skynner, of the same, of 3 half acres of arable land lying separately in Underor, of which 1 half acre lies under le Down between the land of Richard Logardyn and the land of John Place, extending at one end onto the land of William Bullok and at the other onto the land of Roger Gaunfeld, and 1 half acre lies in the same field between the land of John Petresfeld and the land of Richard Logardyn, extending at one end onto the land of William Tyler and at the other onto the land of Robert Honeswurth, and 1 half acre lies at Schepgrove between the Thames and the land of William Bullok, extending at one end onto the land of John Thorp and at the other onto the land of Thomas Harpekote.
