Indenture of lease for life by John Mylward, of New Windsor, to Richard Bullok, of the same, of a booth situated in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the messuage between the messuage of Richard Caperon and the messuage of the grantor, in which booth the said Richard now plies his handicraft. Yearly rent 2s, payable in four equal portions viz, at Christmas, Easter, the Nativity of St John the Baptist and Michaelmas. The grantor may enter the premises if the grantee is 8 days late with the rent or grants the premises away to another.
