Windsor, Berkshire: Quitclaim of land

Quitclaim by William Wakefeld, Henry Cundell and Robert atte Forde to Nicholas Hertele, citizen and grocer of London, brother and heir of Robert Hertele, of New Windsor, of all their right in the lands and tenements, sometime of Edmund Burnel, which Thomas Blunt, brother and heir of Henry le Blunt, clerk, gave to John de Hertele, of New Windsor, Robert, his son, and Christine, his wife of the said Robert, and the heirs and assigns of the said John.
And quitclaim to the said Nicholas of all their right in a tenement situated in New Windsor in the high street between the tenement sometime of Robert Fraunceys on the south and the tenement of Robert Wythele on the north; and in another tenement situated in the high street between the tenement of Robert Wythele on the south and the messuage sometime of Robert Franunceys in which John Horn now lives on the north; and in a piece of meadow lying in the fee of the abbot of Redyng called Reveneye, with islands, waters, and fisheries appurtaining, between the meadow of John Mathew and the meadow of the abbot on one side and the Thames on the other; and in all the lands, tenements etc in the parish of Windsor called Heretoteslond and in a third part of the same which Christine, wife of Robert Hertele, held for life in the name of dowry after her husband's death; an in 13½ acres of land lying separately in the field called le Worthe which the said Christine held similarly; and in all the lands, tenements, etc. in the parish of Windsor next the King's park between the land sometime of Thomas Burnel and the land sometime of John Olney, which are called Cryppyng; and in a third part of the premises called Cryppyng, which the said Christine held for her life in the name of dowry after the death of her husband; and in 6 acres of arable land lying together in the parish of Clyware at Lyfordestyle between the land of the lord of Clyware and the land of John Kyngeston.
