Grant by James Colwelle, of Spytelstret in the Parish of New Windsor, to John atte Naldre, of Windsor, and Joan, his wife, of his cottage in Spytelstret situated between the land of the hospital on the north and the messuage of Robert Bourne, sometime of John Riche, on the south, and extending at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto the land of the hosptial on the east.
Witnesses: Robert Wythele, William Tylere, Roger Smyth, William Bullock, Robert Bourne and many others. Given at Windsor Sunday 4 January 6 Henry IV.
