Indenture by which, if John Mathew of his heirs shall pay to John Oterton, his heirs or executors, £10 silver within 10 years, then a charter by which the said John Mathew has granted to the said John Oterton 11 acres of arable land in the parish of New Windsor whall be annulled.
But if he or his heirs fail to make the said payment, then the said John Mathew wills that the said John Oterton shall fully possess the premises after 10 years.
Given 24 September 11 Henry IV.
