Cottage or tenement 34ft long with an orchard on the backside containing from threshold of street door to east side of said orchard 59 yards in length and in breadth 33 ft on the west end and 30 ft on the east end, on the east side of the King's High Street near Windsor Bridge, abutting west on 2 tenements of Thomas Hoo Esq. St Peter's Chapel alias Spittle Chapel lying at the west end of the said Windsor (sic). Late in the tenure of George Tudwaie of Windsor. For 31 years from Michaelmas, at 21s p.a.
