Counterpart lease of messuage in the parish of Clewer with a stable and backside in Underore to John Pagett of Windsor in the parish of Cluworth, weaver. Messuage where John dwells with the backside and garden in the town of windsor and parish of Cleworth (sic) next to Beare Lane end between 2 tenements where George Peer dwells on the east and Thomas Johnes on the west, together with one of the 3 stables of the said college in Windsor in a place called Underower, direct over the way against the tenement aforesaid, also in the occupation of John, and also the third part of the backside belonging to the 3 stables. For 30 years from Michaelmas next, at 25s.
