Stable with part of backside as it is lotted out, late in the tenure of Henry Deacon, between a stable of the college in the tenure of Thomas Rame lately converted into a tenement on the east and another stable of the college in the tenure of Widow Paggett on the west side. For 40 years from Michaelmas last past, at 5s in one payment.
