Lease from Richard Braham of Wandsworth, gent., to the Provost and College of one close containing 12 acres and the other 9 acres, in the parishes of Old and New Windsor, parcel of the lands belonging to the capital messuage called Shaw Farm, which closes are now in the tenure of the College, together with a way to the closes leading through the grounds that John Nyxson and Silvester Swetson now have in their use. Timber and access to the said closes to cart it away reserved. For 7 years from Christmas last, at peppercorn rent, consideration £120.
