Counterpart lease of tenement near Beere Lane to John Finch of New Windsor, tallow chandler, on surrender of lease to Thomas Barton, deceased.
Tenement wherein Thomas Walter deceased dwelt with backside and garden in New Windsor in the parish of Clewer near Beere Lane and between 2 other tenements of the College wherein Robert Rame did dwell on the east and Richard Noake on the west together with one of the 3 stables of the College in New Windsor in a place called the Underore directly over the way against the tenement aforesaid late in the occupation of Thomas Barton deceased, also the third part of the backside belonging and adjoining the said 3 stables. For 21 years from Michaelmas past, at 25s and 1 couple of capons.
