Counterpart lease of tenement in New windsor to John Dew of New Windsor, yeoman, on surrender of lease to William Dunkelow. Between the tenement of the town hall of New Windsor where Stephen Trigg sometime dwelt on the east side and a tenement sometime Matthew Allyes wherein Widow Shanke sometime dwelt on the west side, which said messuage and premises were in the occupation of Robert Gill and now of William Dunkeloe or his assigns. For 40 years from feast of St John the Baptist last past, at 13s 4d.
