Counterpart lease of tenement and stable in Underore in the parish of Clewer to Samuel Wyat of Hambleton, Bucks., joiner. Messuage with garden in the occupation of Wyat, adjoining The Angel on the east, a tenement of the college let to John Style on the west, together with a stable now converted into a tenement on the other side of the street, adjoining a tenement of the College let to Mr Coombs on the east and a College tenement let to Mr Reddington on the west, with a little yard on the backside of the stable. For 21 years from Michaelmas last at 23s 4d and 4s in lieu of a couple of capons.
