Tenement where John Gearing now dwells, with backside, garden etc between a tenement of late in the occupation of Robert Mason gent., deceased, on the east and a tenement of the College let to Richard Jenkins on the west, to Elizabeth Mason, wife of Edward Mason of Cippenham, sister of Peter Style, and John Jennings of New Windsor, butcher. At 25s and 4s in lieu of capons, with £1 19s for redeemed land tax
