Leases to John Simes of Windsor, soap boiler, of messuage in Thames Street over against the Rose and opposite the end of Datchet Lane, with a tenement formerly called The Crane on the south; messuage with garden in Underore, Clewer, formerly occupied by Susannah Denman, adjoining the Angel to the east, with a stable now a tenement on the other side of the street; The Angel, New Windsor. Abuttals given in all cases; the Angel is jointly leased with Mary Grosmith. Simes may be spelt Sims.
