Counterpart lease of two messuages in New Windsor to John Deacon Esq. and Alexander Leslie, Earl of Leven and Melville. Messuage of - Sharratt in the parish of Clewer near Bier Lane between a tenement late in the occupation of Thomas Hyde's widow to the east and a tenement occupied by Mrs Baldwin on the west, and a tenement with chaise house and rooms over built by Thomas Sharatt on part of premises formerly consisting of 4 small messuages (late coach houses and stables) formerly in the occupation of Richard Jenkins in a street called Bier lane, adjoining the first tenement on the east, and the stables and other parts of the 4 tenements on the south, Bier Lane south and a freehold estate of the Hon. Robert Seymour Conway to the north.
