Grant by Richard Strauton, of New Windsor, and Thomas Bernarde, junior, of the same, to John Newman, of Sandewyche, and John Langham, of the same, of all their messuages in Windsor situated in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redynge between King’s way and the messuage of the said Thomas Sometime of Walter Wythemay and extending from the King’s way to the messuage of the King called le Bocherie; which the said Richard and Thomas had of the gift of Henry Cobbe, of Cyppenham, by charter of 1 October 5 Henry VI (ECR 13 729).
