Quitclaim by John Tresour and William Rotour, of Stanes, to Thomas Parker, of the same, smyth, of all their right in 7 acres of arable land and meadow lying in the parish of Olde Wyndesore, of which 3 acres of arable land lie together in a croft called Robardescroft between the land of Philip Mair on the south and the field called Berthfelde on the north, abutting at one end upon Robardeslane on the east and at the other upon the land of Robert Ludlowe on the west, and 4 acres of meadow lie in the meadow of Olde Wyndesore of which 3 acres lie together between the meadow of William Botte on the south and the meadow of Thomas Garstone on the north, abutting at one end upon the Thames on the east and at the other upon the meadow of the abbot of Waltham on the west, and 1 acre lies between the meadow of John Spenser on the south and the meadow of Henry Warde on the north, abutting upon the Thames on the east and the meadow of the abbot of Waltham on the west, which the said John Tresour and William Rotour together with the said Thomas Parker lately had together of the gift of Robert Ludlowe, of Stanes, and Joan, his wife.
