Grant by Thomas Rolfe, of New Windsor, to Thomas Wyndesor, esquire, John Scotte, gentilman, William Staverton, esquire, and Robert Rede, of New Windsor, of a messuage in New Windsor with gardens adjacent between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plomer on the north and the tenement and garden of John Perys, sometime of John Philippe, and the garden, late of John Horne, junior, sometime of William Popr, and the garden sometime of John Benefeld and the garden of Gilbert Saxilby and the garden of Richard Skynner and the lane there called Tullylane on the south, extending at the east end onto the King's street, the garden of the said John Perys and the garden late of teh said John Horne and at the west end onto the dike called Gosewelldych, which he lately had of the gift of Thomas Pasche, clerk.
