Grant by Thomas Passhe, clerk, to the Provost of the College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, and the College of a tenement with a garden adjacent and 4 cottages and a curtilage adjacent in New Windsor in the street called Pesecodstrete between the tenement of Nicholas Larewode, late of John Plummer, esquire, on the east and south, and the tenement late of Edmund Pury on the west and the King's way on the north, which he lately had, together with Agatha Plumer, Thomas Hether, clerk, and John Charde, now defunct, of the gift of the said John Plummer.
