Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease of rectory

Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to John Davis, of Bloxham, clerk, and Humphrey Bloxham, Edward Lamley and Robert Potter, of Bloxham, yeomen, of the rectory or parsonage of Bloxham with all lands belonging thereto, the tithes of Myldecombe, and the rents of certain tenements in Bloxham, Newington and Mylton annexed to the said rectory, and 20s rent for tithes in Bareforde, and all manner of tithes of corn and hay and other profits and appurtenances belonging to the said rectory, the patronage of the vicarage being reserved to the Provost. From 5 April last for 10 years. Yearly rent £16 14 quarters of wheat and 18 quarters 4 bushells of malt and 40 fat wethers.
