Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Counterpart lease of rectory

Counterpart indenture of lease upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £656 1s, by the Provost and College to John Davis, of Bloxham, gentleman, and Samuel Davis, of Silton, co. Dorset, gentleman, of the rectorial house of Bloxham with the buildings and homestead belonging, containing 1 acre 3 roods 5 perches, with three allotments of land (described) on Bloxham South, and a barn newly erected on the same, and a cottage and garden in the hamlet of Milton in the parish of Adderbury and a pasture in the same hamlet, and 20s rent from the vicar of Adderbury from lands in Barford St John, and money payments for tithes of sundry old inclosures amounting to 6s 11d and profits of courts, and quit rents amounting to 16s 1d. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £5 8s and 302 gallons of wheat and 400 gallons of malt and £17 19s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 12 fat wether sheep (or £9 12s).
