Indenture of lease, upon surrender of a former lease, (ECR 14 034) and for £456, by the Provost and College, to Rev. Harry Davis and Samuel Davis of certain plots of land (described) lately in the common field of Bloxham with a barn thereon. From 6 April 1817, for 10 years. Rent £3 12s and 202 gallons of wheat and 266 gallons of malt and £4 7s in consideration of the redemption of land tax, and 8 fat wethers.

Attached to this lease, by a pin is a letter from J. Davis of 19 July 1824 to Messrs Hoares, bankers, Fleet Street, relative to the lease, and inside is an answer from the bankers.
