Counterpart of lease upon surrender of the foregoing lease and for £437 7s by the Provost and College, to John Davis the younger, of Adderbury, land surveyor, and Samuel Davis, of certain plots of land (described) lately in the common field of Bloxham with a barn thereon. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £3 12s and 202 gallons of wheat and 266 gallons of malt and £4 7s in consideration of the redemption of land tax, and 8 fat wethers.
