Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Counterpart lease of rectory

Counterpart of indenture of lease upon surrender of their former lease, and for £997 16s by the Provost and College to William Davis, of Bloxham parsonage, gentleman, Samuel Davis, of Hill side in Odiham, co. Hants, gentleman, and John Davis, the younger of Bambury, land surveyor, of Bloxham South and Milcomb, of the rectory at Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
