Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £946 4s 5d, by the Provost and College to William Davis, of Chettiscombe, co. Devon, Samuel Davis of Bourton, co. Dorset, farmer, and John Davis of Morpeston, co. Somerset, farmer, devisees named in the will of Samuel Davis, gentleman, deceased, and the said John Davis, the younger, of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
