Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £948 19s 11d, by the Provost and College, to Samuel Davis, John Davis and John Davis, of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
