Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £947 0s 6d, by the Provost and College, to Elizabeth Davis, of Banbury, widow, Henry Davis, of Bloxham, gentleman, trustees named in the will of the late John Davis of Banbury, deceased, and John Davis, of Maperton, co. Somerset, farmer, of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
