Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £1084 2s 6d, by the Provost and College, to Anna Eliza Davis, now of Leamington, co. Warwick, spinster, Sarah Davis, of Bloxham, spinster, and William Davis, of West Orielton, near Pembroke, S. Wales, farmer, a devisee of his brother John Davis, late of Horsington, deceased, of the rectory of Bloxham and lands, cottages and allotments. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £8 4s and 504 gallons of wheat and 666 gallons of malt and £22 6s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 20 fat wethers.
