Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of a former lease, and for £380 by the Provost and College, to Richard Potter of Bloxham, yeoman, of an allotment in Middle Field and Brook Mead Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 6 April 1817, for 10 years. Rent £3 and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 6s 8d).
