Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease and for £364 9s 6d by the Provost and College, to Richard Potter of Bloxham, yeoman, of an allotment in Middle Field and Brook Mead Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £3 and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 6s 8d).
