Counterpart Indenture of lease, upon the surrender of their foregoing lease, and for £630 16s 3d by the Provost and College to James Page and Richard Potter of an allotment in Middle Field and Brook Mead Quarter, with barn, and an allotment of land on both sides Millway and in Blackmoor, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £5 4s and 336 gallons of wheat and 444 gallons of malt and £14 14s 8d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 14 fat wether sheep (or £10 13s 4d).
