Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £631 7s by the Provost and College to Richard Potter, yeoman, of Bloxham, and James Page, of an allotment in Middle Field and Brook Mead Quarter, with barn, and an allotment of land on both sides Millway and in Blackmoor, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £5 4s and 336 gallons of wheat and 444 gallons of malt and £14 14s 8d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 14 fat wether sheep (or £10 13s 4d).
