Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Counterpart lease of land

Counterpart Indenture of lease, upon surrender of a former lease, and for £380, by the Provost and College, to John Davis, gentleman, Rev. Harry Davis, and John Preedy, gentlemen, the surviving trustees of the will of Edward Lambley, of two allotments of land at Bortons Bushes Naylands and Broughton Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 6 April 1817 for 10 years. Rent £3 and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 7s 8d).
