Counterpart Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £397 17s by the Provost and College, to John Davis, gentleman, Rev. Harry Davis, and John Preedy, gentlemen, the surviving trustees of the will of Edward Lambley, of two allotments of land at Bortons Bushes Naylands and Broughton Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 7s 8d).
