Bloxham, Oxfordshire: Counterpart lease of land

Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £315 13s 6d by the Provost and College, to Thomas Gulliver, of Bloxham, esquire, and William Stow, of Farnborough Hall, co. Kent, land surveyor, of two allotments of land at Bortons Bushes Naylands and Broughton Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 7s 8d).
