Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £361 7s 6d, by the Provost and College, to William Stow of two allotments of land at Bortons Bushes Naylands and Broughton Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 7s 8d).
