Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, and for £409 13s 7d by the Provost and College to Ann Churchill, of Grimsbury, co. Northampton, widow, and Edward Lamley Fisher, of the same, gentleman, of two allotments of land at Bortons Bushes Naylands and Broughton Quarter, and a barn newly erected on the same. From 11 October last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 168 gallons of wheat and 222 gallons of malt and £7 7s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax and 7 fat wether sheep (or £5 7s 8d).

On the dorse is a bargain and sale of 11 October 1878, by the said lessees to the Provost and College of the same.
