A note of "The tythes and commodities of the vicarage of Bloxham in Oxfordshire taken October XXVIII 1601" (From the registry at Oxford).
Imprimis - About Easter for every Communicant 2d, for every cow 2 ob., tyth calves, eggs, tyth honey and wax, if the hive be killed for your own use, or the tenth in money if it be sold, a dove house 4d, garden 1d.
Item - At all other times, as they shall fall, tyth wool and lambe, pig and goose, hemp and flax, apples and first other fruit, hopps.
Item - For churching 4d, marriages 6d.
Item - MORTUARIES
Item - A little plot of meadow called vicar's close.
