Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the lease of 6 October 1617, by the Provost and COllege to the said William Brent of Little Wolford, co. Warwick, of the rectory of Compton, from Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 12 quarters of wheat and 5 quarters 5 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent, and £10 16s and one boar to be delivered a fortnight before Christmas or 26s 8d for the same. Witnesses: Thomas Hutchinson, Henry Saire, public notary.
