Indenture of lease upon surrender of the former lease, by the Provost and College to Ann Wyvill late Ann Thayer, widow and executrix of Thomas Thayer, late of London, esquire, deceased, of the rectory of Compton.
From Lady day last for 10 years. Rent 12 quarters of wheat and 5 quarters 5 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent, and £10 16s and one boar to be delivered a fortnight before Christmas or 26s 8d for the same.
