Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the previous lease, by the Provost and College, to Anne Hinde, of Langham Hall, co. Essex, widow of Jacob Hinde, deceased, of the rectory of Compton. From old Lady day last for 10 years.
Rent 12 quarters of wheat and 5 quarters 5 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent, and £10 16s and one boar to be delivered a fortnight before Christmas or 26s 8d for the same.
