Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing, and for £690 3s by the Provost and College to Sir George Philips, bart. of the rectory and all allotments awarded in Compton. From old Lady day last for 10 years. Rent 864 gallons of wheat and 405 gallons of malt and £10 16s and one boar to be delivered a fortnight before Christmas or 26s 8d for the same, with an additional £31 10s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
Witnesses: William Cannon, butler, and Abraham Heywood, under butler, to the lessee.
