Indenture of lease, for £240 and the surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to Mark Gregory, of Wax Chandlers' Hall in the city of London, gentleman and William Bromett, of the Horse Guards Barracks, co. Middlesex, doctor of physic, of six messuages formerly known as the Ball at Holborn Cross. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £110, together with £17 8s in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
