Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of lease to Charles Bowyer, by the Provost and College, to John Spice Hulbert of Stakes Hill Place and of Portsmouth, esquire, of the manor of Chalcots. From old Lady Day last for 19 years. Rent £9 15s 6d and 410 gallons of wheat and 864 gallons of malt and the value of 16 wether sheep and £35 4s in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
