Indenture of lease, Eton, by William Westbury, Provost, and the college of Eton, to Sir Thomas mason, chaplain, of the great garden at the Hospital of St James by Westminster, lying on the east part of the capital house of the said Hospital and cemetery there, with its appurtenances within the walls, except the small kitchen garden of the house. To hold, together with all manure from the lord's stable from Michaelmas next for seven years.
