Stephen Hawtrey, to Rev. Dr Barnard, Provost, enclosing Mr Keen's survey of the Westminster tenements which are 'fairly worn out & in all appearances they are some of the oldest houses in London or Westminster'. Mr Waring is taking away nothing but what belongs to him. He has seen Mr Barrett, who has purchased the remainder of the lease, to treat with him about renewal.
