Counterpart of Indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, by the Provost and College, to Esther Lambe, of Fairford, widow of four houses and tenements with all shops cellars and warehouses in the parishes of St Mary Magdalene in Milk Street and All Hallows in Bread Street in the city of London, that is to say both the houses called the White Bear and the White Hart. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £13 6s 8d.
