Counterpart of indenture of lease, upon surrender of the foregoing lease and for £486 1s, by the Provost and College, to Charles Raymond Barker, of Blandford Street, Portman Square, esquire, of four houses and tenements with all shops cellars and warehouses in the parishes of St Mary Magdalene in Milk Street and All Hallows in Bread Street in the city of London, that is to say both the houses called the White Bear and the White Hart. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £13 6s 8d, together with the additional rent of £32 11s 8d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
The lessee to insure the premises for £5000 against loss by fire.
