Ellingham, Hampshire: Indenture of lease of parsonage

Indenture of lease by Mr William Daye, Provost, and the College, to Philip Okedene, of Ellingham, gentleman, of the priory or parsonage of Ellingham with all its appurtenances, the advowson of the vicarage always excepted. To hold from Lady day, 1577, or upon the expiry of a lease to John Baker, knight, and Thomas White, esquire. Rent £14. The lessee to pay the vicar of Ellingham his yearly pension of 53s 4d and 8s to the Crown for the dissolved priory of Bromere; and 5s to the archdeacon of Winchester.
